Shwetabh Gangwar Says Samay Raina Is ‘Depressed’:
YouTuber Shwetabh Gangwar disclosed that he recently chatted with comedian Samay Raina, his “friend,” and discovered that he was “broken and depressed” over the ongoing India’s Got Latent scandal. Additionally, he mentioned that Ashish Chanchlani, Apoorva Mukhija, and Ranveer Allahbadia were going through difficult circumstances.
Shwetabh disclosed in his most recent video that he spoke with Samay over the phone and that he sounded really down. He said “Bhaisahab, toota hua hai vo insaan. When the controversy had erupted, I could still see the old Samay in him, but when I spoke to him the last time, I saw a broken man. depressed, sad, scared”.
He continued by saying that he took a vacation from social media as well because he felt powerless to help his friend. Shwetabh said, “I couldn’t see my friend like that; I was emotionally exhausted.”
Since India’s Got Latent scandal broke, Samay has been performing live in Canada. He has asked the authorities for an extension till March 17 so that he can return to India and make his formal declaration.
He has removed every episode of India’s Got Latent from his YouTube channel in the meantime. “I’ve been unable to cope with everything that has happened. All of India’s Got Latent videos are no longer on my channel. My sole goal was to make people laugh and enjoy themselves. I promise to work closely with all agencies to ensure that their investigations are resolved legally. He wrote, “Thank you (sic),” in his lone statement regarding the dispute.
